Revamping GVC Partners is an affiliates marketing system which allows anyone who is interested in promoting GVC Brands and partner with GVC Holding to earn handsome income, Once anyone registered he or she becomes GVC Affiliate where they would be able to access various marketing promotional banners

My Role:Lead UX Design and Analyst


An Intiative to review PartyPoker Client IA at Navigation level and propose recommendations

Approch:
Used BI and Web Analytics data and understand the current utility of different navigation options given in Party Poker Client.

Conducted Focus group sessions - to understand how information is preceived at various levels.

Verified recommendation are intuitive enough with real users

Party Casino Review

An Intiative to review Party Casino Client and Website along with Real User Inputs

Based on the study the finding were summarised into below groups:
Visual Design, Security and Trust , Easy to Use , Speed and Clarity

Need to identify power players needs, affordances and difficulties

Developing a reference website which lets the teams know the complete process, various stages, detail information and all together one point reference website which acts as guide and library.

Cordination with all the teams for detail info to know how they precieve info and understand it

Player Registration

My Role:UX Design and Analyst


Problem Overview:
Less Number of registrations when compared to number of visits and time taking.

Solution Overview:
Taking this into considiration there was through user testing and observation was done to know the actuall root cause, Based on the finding 3 step process was introduced while removing all the un-neccessary fields while making the responsive time quick and easier registration for the new players.

Later this was implemented on trail basis , with this approch the registration drop outs were reduced and around 30% increase in registration number month by month.

Bounty Player UX/UI concept

My Role:Lead UX Design, Design Concept and Animation


Intiative to Introduce Bounty Player feature which would exite the player while encouraging to play more n more

Features:
Prize pot selection , Random pick - one out of 8 possible values , Bounty player selection, Random pick – one out of all the seated players, Selection on the fly and Bounty gets extra bonus

Design Challenge and Concept:
Build excitement while: Presenting the information clearly , Following brand guidelines , Preserving our uniqueness and style , Showcasing fairness , randomness and Utilizing the existing table space

Target Device: Mobile ( Not to bombard with extra elements, Light weight visual animation )

Business Presentations

My Role:Requirement analysis, Story Boarding, Information Design and Visual communication


Throughout my years of work, I have been developing and designing business presentations related to products and services. My task is to understand the requirement ( data, motive, style, audience reactions ) clearly and then tell a story which impacts them, while giving the desired results.


Most common challenges experienced:

Understanding and Simplifying complex data into understandable format
Crafting supportive visuals
Keeping the audience interests and focus
Story boarding in sync with the speaker
Telling the overall story in short and impact full way

Back Office Admin Tool

My Role:Information Architecture, Lead UX Design, UI Developer and Visual communication


An Initiative was to combine various individual back office systems into one common umbrella while providing all the necessary features and simple to use application.

This was developed form the scratch while understanding various challenges from the usability, development, maintenance, time and feasibility side

Simplifying Information Hierarchy, Grouping the data
Simplifying form and its components
Reducing the learning curve

Hazard Vulnerability Analysis Tool

My Role:UX Design, UI Developer and Visual communication


An Application which would be used by US Federal Government at the time of natural disastrous and Emergency. Our main challenge was to make app which fulfill the requirements while its quick in response, provide accurate data and simple to use

This was developed form the scratch while understanding various challenges from the usability, development, maintenance, time and feasibility side


Target Audience: 3 groups ( US Federal Govt Officials )

Federal heads who would be monitoring the data and fetch data when required,
Federal Executives who update the data on regular bases ,
Federal Call Executives who provide assistance while fetching various data sources from the application.
