Scenario:
As a merger took place between Bwin and PartyGaming then the Agile Transformation which resulted in reduction of overall head count at all locations.

This was the time where new Business heads were analyzing all locations about their skill and strengths. As Ivycomptech based out of india location had to showcase their skills and strengths which would contribute to overall growth of the company.
Motive of the presentation:
To showcase company strengths while displaying challenges, constrains and how well as team we were outstanding and achieved results which increased the overall revenue and cut down cost
