| Description |
It is a relatively cardio selective
beta-andrenoceptor blocking agent without membrane
stabilizing or intrinsic sympathomimetic activities.
Following oral doses of 50 or 100mg, both beta-blocking
and anti-hypertensive effects persists for at least
24 hrs. because of higher lipid solubility.
