This will increase bronchial secretion or reduce its viscosity, facilitating its removal by coughing. They are believed to loosen cough which becomes less tiring and more productive. It directly acts reflexly, mucolytic, anti-tussive and anti-histaminic. It affords to relieve in cough due to their sedative and anti-cholinergic actions but lack selectively for the use cough centre.

Each Uncoated Tablet contains:Paracetamol I.P. 400mg. Chloropheniramine Maleate I.P. 4mg.Caffeine Anhydrous I.P. 30mg.
