Digital Marketing Tool for Agency
A Mailer Management tool, coupled with Contact List Management, facilitates multiple agencies and teams in creating, importing, editing, and publishing mailers to contact lists as needed, with the added capability of tracking and analyzing their performance.
Challenges
Assessing the technical feasibility to integrate diverse marketing features, conducting custom and competitor analyses, simplifying complex and extensive data, designing a comprehensive all-in-one solution, implementing robust tracking mechanisms, and optimizing user affordances.
Business Context
This initiative aims to develop a comprehensive solution for fulfilling Digital Marketing requirements, enabling organizations to seamlessly create, manage, analyze, and track communications across mailers, social media posts, and product landing pages. The challenge at hand was the organization's reliance on multiple marketing tools to address diverse needs. For instance, Mailchimp was used for mail management, and HubSpot for other requirements. The task involved comprehending the varied tool functionalities, their significance, and crafting an all-in-one solution. The ultimate goal was to streamline Digital Marketing processes, leading to cost savings and simplified maintenance.
Solution
At Areteans, our approach involved a thorough examination of overarching requirements, technical challenges, usage scenarios, and unique features. To systematically address these aspects, we structured the project into four distinct phases. In the initial phase, we developed a Mailer Management tool alongside Contact List Management. This allows various agencies and teams to effortlessly create, import, edit, and publish mailers to contact lists, all while tracking and analyzing their impact. Drawing from user experiences and understanding their previous interactions with similar tools, we designed the application for ease of use. Information is thoughtfully categorized for accessibility, and the overall design is crafted to be simple and elegant.
