Building a financial tracking management system to detect and analyse any financial inconsistances to avoid any finacial fraud.
Challenges
Undestanding their current tools usage with sophisticated and complex functionality which were expected to be simplified to ease up the day to day activities of the user and reduce the learning curve, Need to build one single system which combines all the features and functionality while simplfying the information and tool usage.
Business Context
This project is to build a Fraud Management System for Intuit.com which Serves approximately 100 million customers worldwide with products as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, This system would help Intuit track and analyse any financial frauds faced by their consumers and small businesses pockets, to ensure they have confidence in every financial decision they make.
Solution
Single system which can handle heavy and complex data while ensuring users quickly adopt to the new envirnoment without much learning curve. Also ensuring best user experience while usage, user personalization, logical data-visualization to resolve and analyse finacial frauds quickly. Overall look and feel enchanced to suit their branding style with simplified information.

#1 Highlight - Information classification as per user needs to reduce overall time taken.
As its data rich application where user needs to have access to multiple data point and act upon it accordingly, Based on various user intractions we have designed the whole application in way user finds the pirority information and actions on first hand and can dig down for details information as required, Below are few of the samples screens which showcases information classification where user finds the required information with ease. This was tested in real time where users found the whole information classification easy to access and perform their respective day to day activities with a smooth sailing experience.

#2 Highlight - Mail communication on the fly
This is one of the main feature where users can communicate to respective customer or stakeholders before any conclusion or actions to be taken. Below screens represent mail feature where user can choose various mail templates as per business needs with live preview in real time. Individual mail history is also part of this functionality for user reference.

#3 Highlight - Data Visualisation and Classification
As per the requirement the users main task is to analyse the avaliable data and conclude to a point which can be dicussed further and confirm was the transaction fraud or normal. In order to help the users do their respective task with ease and accuracy its important to have the whole complex data to be classified and presented in way which can be easily understood while taking their earlier tools usage into considiration.
