This application resulted in boosting the business opportunity sales and simplified the overall process for Organization/Account management, Opportunity Tracking, Pricing strategies while ensuring accurate and consistent pricing across different sales channels.

This project involves the development of a global software organization built on Pega Sales Automation. It offers users tools to enhance their focus on account management, business opportunity management, rate card management, and report generation. The challenge was to create an all-in-one solution that is intuitive, self-learning, capable of handling complex data, showcases real-time analytics, and is user-friendly.

Solution

Recognizing the intricacies of comprehensive data, I have crafted the design by simplifying information design, reflecting to branding guidelines, making sure the best usability which empowers users to create, organize, manage, analyze, and engage in self-learning. The application has significantly increased business opportunity sales and streamlined processes for organization/account management, opportunity tracking, and pricing strategies. Importantly, it ensures precise and consistent pricing across diverse sales channels.

To achieve this, we have simplified the information design while customizing the Pega OTTB component to suit the business needs. Apart from customizing we have made this as re-usable which can be implemented for other projects as well in a short time frame.
