Gem City Metal Spinning was founded in 1955 and quickly became recognized as a leader in close tolerance hand spinning. Effective 9-1-2005, Gem City Metal Spinning was purchased and folded into the Comcraft family. Today we are recognized as a premier metal forming company and have expanded our capability to include precision hand spinning, automatic metal spinning, metal stamping, tool & die design and build, secondary machining, punching, laser and high pressure hydroforming. Gem City Metal Spinning is located near downtown Dayton and just minutes from the Dayton International Airport. We are capable of providing our customers with a prototype part or volume production. No job quantity is too big or too small.

Our manufacturing plant is housed in a modern 56,000 square foot facility, allowing us to provide our customers with JIT shipments from our supermarkets to their floor.
